Benefits

Payroll without the extra load on accounting

BRB helps the employer organise payments to staff through bank cards and makes the process simpler for accounting and for the team.

  • Process automation

The administrative load on accounting drops because payroll calculation is automated.

  • Time saved

Paying salaries becomes faster, which matters most for companies with a large headcount.

  • Convenience and control

Cashless settlement simplifies payments and helps reduce the risk of errors, losses and handling cash.

How it works

The bank issues the cards, the company submits the payroll sheet

The payroll project lets an employer regularly transfer salaries and equivalent payments to staff through BRB bank cards.

One process for the whole team

Once the project is connected, the bank opens card accounts for the staff and services the bank cards. The company submits a payment order and a payroll sheet, after which the funds are credited to the employees' cards.

  • Salary
  • Compensations
  • Social payments
  • Bonuses and equivalent payments
  • Up to 3 banking days

Once the documents are provided in full, the bank opens card accounts for the staff within three banking days.

  • Up to 3 banking days to credit

Payments are credited once the payment order and the payroll sheet have been received, on the terms of the offer.

Terms and tariffs

The essentials of the public offer

The key terms of the payroll project under the BRB public offer: deadlines for opening accounts, crediting payments and how tariffs apply.

  • Card issue and servicing

    Under the current BRB tariffs

A fee for issuing and servicing bank cards applies if the bank's current tariffs provide for it.

  • Opening card accounts

    Up to 3 banking days

Once the documents are provided in full, the bank draws up the contract and opens card accounts for the staff within three banking days.

  • Crediting salaries

No later than 3 banking days

To make a payment the employer submits a payment order and a payroll sheet. The funds are credited to the employees' cards within the period set by the offer.

  • Fees for banking services

Under tariffs or a separate contract

The cost of operations and additional services is set by the bank's current tariffs or by a separate agreement between BRB and the company.

The cost of the payroll project depends on the current BRB tariffs. Before connecting, review the current tariffs for card issue, card servicing and other banking services.

Three steps to a payroll project

Leave a request, agree the terms with the bank and submit the staff details so the cards can be issued.

  1. Leave a request

A BRB specialist will get in touch and clarify the parameters of the project and the headcount.

  2. Set up the project

Once the terms are agreed, the contract is drawn up and the required details are submitted.

  3. Start the payments

Once the card accounts are open, submit the payroll sheet and transfer the payments to your staff.

The company simplifies the payment process, and the staff receive their salary straight onto bank cards.

  • Fewer cash operations and the risks that come with them.

For the staff
